存在几个问题：一是艺龙提供的酒店电话号码无人接听，总台说那个电话早木有用了；二是酒店总台也无法查到预订信息，酒店回答的是需要艺龙给他们酒店总台提交预订信息，如艺龙木有打电话，则不会预留房间，好在今天有很多空房间，否则就无法入住了，不知是艺龙的问题还是酒店的问题！三是洗漱用具不齐，最起码的浴冒都不提供。
