酒店房间灯光很暗，一点儿都对应不上星级标准，酒店很乱，什么人都可以随便进出。房间不隔音。退房的时候想晚十分钟，前台说要加钱40一小时。一分钟超过都不行。退房的时候，前台那个女的就一直和人打电话吹牛，不办理退房，在我的催促下，才办理。想想我是给钱买你服务的，你喊我退的时候一分钟都不能延迟，我来退的时候你却让我等，凭什么，搞清楚到底谁才是客人。谢谢。

不要拿县级城市的四星和成都的四星比，差距有点大，这应该是仪陇县城最好的酒店吧，我们定的套房，两个浴室里的沐浴露和洗发露其中一个里面挤出来全是水里还有个小强，另一个浴室里的洗发露和沐浴露盒子是新的，一个海飞丝一个舒肤佳但是里面装的东西是一样的，应该是自己罐装然后装错了，服务还行吧
