#小失望# 凌晨到的，客服没人回。打电话刚说完就把电话挂了，连最基本的问候都没得。到了店里，前台的态度更冷淡，连房间在哪儿都没说，就喊我直接给押金，都是我自己问的房间在哪儿。
房间硬件设施都不错的，只是卫生没打扫到位，椅子上居然还有一个大白兔奶糖的糖纸。床上都还有头发丝。没得凉拖（也有可能是我没看到）。本来以为这种大酒店应该服务和各种体验都很好，还是有点小失望。要不是回南充的高铁票只有凌晨的了，不能回学校，我是绝对不会住的。
办理退房的时候也是，说的是因为我是微信支付的押金，待会就会退给我。然而，我等到了下午四五点？？幸好后面接电话的那个姐姐语气态度都很好。不然我找不出这个酒店更多的优点。
本来就是学生，我以为这个价钱能换来一个好好的服务，结果并没有。好就好在距离学校比较近。反正以后是不会到这家住宿了。仅个人体验，不喜勿喷。
