前台的态度让我真的很怀疑这是个星级酒店，换个房间有难么难吗？开发票有那么难吗？真的挺搞笑的，一会儿说没打扫出来，我亲自去房间确认了房间已打扫好了，又几个人之间推脱来推脱去的！
