首先我承认东西落在酒店是我们的粗心，但是过后打电话给你们一直不接就是你们的错了。一个酒店客服都没有处理好，实在扎心。还有，东西很明确的没有带走，虽然不是很贵，但是回来找一点踪影都没有，恕我很难相信你们应该有的态度。不得不让人怀疑你们的素质，真的太让人生气了。
