It turned out the room didn't have the window. The location is extremely confusing, after getting there, it turns out I arrived to a different part of hotel. I was lucky I could call on mobile, otherwise no-one would come. Finally, the security officer saw me in a camera so he came to show the reception. The english level at the reception was low. The room was clean and it had some fruits. The breakfast was good and I could try the local cuisine and they did their best to accommodate to my allergy for gluten, dairy and eggs. Thank you! I would stay again. :)

挺好的，已经是第二次入住了，房间挺大，位置很好，去哪都挺方便。关键是有停车场，停车方便，出来的时候车被挡了点，保安师傅车技很好，帮忙挪出来了。

房间面积挺大的，设施这里还行有冰箱，但是没有浴缸，水是冰露。衞生这里有点一般，一进来有点方便麪渣子和牙签。旁边步行十分钟有公交车。窗户打开是假树木，不是自然风景。洗衣服免费但是要到旁边瑞澜庭院酒店。两天的酒店有一份单人早餐，早餐还不错东西挺多的！

前台比较热情，态度好，比较推荐，价格合理
南京的吃的比较多，但是真的不推荐夫子庙附近的，好贵还不好吃，我给各位踩过雷了

Staff helpful in spite of language barrier.
Breakfast delicious though the cook only took orders in local language.
Though advertised as non-smoking, staff were seen smoking in the stairways.
One thing that was disappointing was there was no travel/tour facilities even though the hotel was located near quite a few tourist attractions. Some of the attractions were free entry but needed a WeChat account to make a reservation & all in local language so missed out on seeing some of them.

The hotel was very good, friendly staff (non english speaking but using the translation app and doing their best).
The location is very convenient. The room as clean and spacious. They brought fresh fruit for free.
Only food delivery didnt work at all, the first order was stuck in a robot downstairs which i had to go find and the second one arrived at the hotel but never in my room…
