  房间很乾净，暖气在线，茶香扑鼻。外面的环境也很好，有各种小动物，室外景观很养眼。距离云水谣步行可达，给升级的房型可以直接看到远山，风景太棒啦！

  环境很好，工作人员也很热情周到，原本订的是700多的树屋，看我们带了东西要自己做饭，还贴心的给我们免费升级了有大阳台的一千多的套房，太舒服啦～

  很惬意的一家名宿，好喜欢这里的氛围，这里可以撸猫，喂喂鱼，拍拍照，环境优美，早餐好吃，是个度假的好地方。名宿里的员工都很友善，前台小姐姐很热心，有问题找她们会马上帮忙解决。这次选了冬天淡季来，人比较少，我早到了前台小姐姐给我升级了其他房型让我能提早入住，整体的体验很棒。

  Service is good. The manager was attentive and warm. Food is variable. Dinner was excellent but lunch was not. Temperature control in the room was not good. Master bedroom heater was located in a wall cupboard and heat was not well distributed around the room. Hence it was cold. Like wise the bathrooms were cold. Shower water pressure was low. The three cats were delightful. The sitting room was large and comfortable. The mahjong table was a very good addition. The grounds were pretty with water features, carps, a swan and ducks. The mist created gave it an ethereal atmosphere. But lots and lots of steps. Not good for the elderly. Overall a good hotel. Excellent location to explore village.
