    房间设计以纯白色为主，视觉上很乾净，这次选择的榻榻米型的房间住着也挺舒服，工作人员小姐姐也很热情，临走前买了筱满咖啡??，也很棒！

    这里的服务非常好，每位工作人员都面带微笑，热情周到，主动提供帮助。客房衞生无可挑剔，处处洁净明亮。床品尤其舒适，入住很安逸！ 酒店楼下便有一家精致的咖啡馆，清晨的醇香总能唤醒美好的一天。地理位置更是优越：周边地铁网络发达，前往各大核心景区都很方便。想去的景点都方便；住在这里，意味着同时拥有了宁静的休憩所与充满活力的出行枢纽。

    Was given a room that was recently maintained but still had many issues. The room had many stains on the floor and not properly cleaned (hair can still be seen). The chandelier light was not working and the window grill dropped the moment the window was opened (window was opened because it was stuffy). Maintenance guy had to come at night to fix. Initially when we checked in, the reception told us that the hotel is fully booked and there are no other rooms. However, because of the many issues in our initial room, they offered to move us to another room on the same floor. It is disappointing to be lied to. While the photos by the hotel look nice and "Instagramable", the hotel looks less maintained than the photos. In addition, the room was not very practical (awkward placement of the wall plugs, providing thin disposable bath towels instead). There are other better hotels for this price that you are paying. The saving grace is that the hotel staff are responsive and immediately respond to any query or request. The hotel also tries to provide some other complimentary items like face mask, ear plugs etc (can be requested).

    24小时贴心管家服务:很贴心，随时随地解决客人的需求 小童礼物:到店就给孩子选了一份小礼物，孩子很开心 衞生：特别衞生，如图所示，这也是我们出游住宿最关心的问题 楼下还有咖啡屋，吃食和饮品都很不错，味道很好??
