没入住，去了酒店，地方就很差，挨着高架，小区进不去，还要酒店人员下来接，不提供停车位，要自己去找地方，给他出示同程上的信息，说他们就是不提供，免费的也有，可以停到加油站，和酒店人员发生冲突，他问我们还住不住，不住把房间干赶紧给别人空出来，酒店人员态度就不说了br和酒店人员说好的同程同意退款就行了，打电话给同程反应情况，说百分之90能退，看来给自己留了百分之十的空间，说是两个小时能反馈，等了3个小时，一个男客服，不提供工号了，说是酒店不退款，只能这样，不听消费者任何的诉求，酒店本身的欺骗，还是同程的欺骗就让自己自认倒霉br垃圾网站，垃圾酒店，打电话的是艺龙旅行网，你们怎样的合作关系和我无所谓，作为消费者自己的权益一点都得不到保障，活该你们发展不好，作为同程你们失去的不止是一个会员，作为酒店你们失去的不止是一个客户就这样吧，希望给大家一个在同程上订酒店的经验
