酒店态度不错!因班车晚点，想取消订单一般是担心酒店不同意，我就直接找到了酒店。我早上6点左右咨询酒店问能取消订单么？酒店很热情的说可以。问保险我就又打电话和艺龙确认，答复现在没人上班要到9点(艺龙是大爷一次)，9点我又打电话询问，说半小时后回我电话，结果快到10点还没回，我打过去，还说让我等，我的天这要是座飞机都不赶趟了!结果10点左右回我，取消不了!这不是霸王条款么？人家酒店也同意了，我现在根本也赶不到，艺龙你就这样说退不了就退不了?!用户用你的平台是信任你这个平台，结果你一而再再而三耽误时间，而且最后把关系撇的干净，就是没有理由不能退款，管你酒店同不同意，我艺龙说的算!可能你们会屏蔽我，最后处理的那客服大声的告诉我工号59893，反正这就是最后处理结果，好像艺龙你爱用不用。
