距离夫子庙很近，步行5分钟可以到，但是又没有夫子庙商圈的嘈杂，距离1号线三山街站也很近，到室内的景区都非常方便。不过国庆节的这个价位，确实没有性价比，而且楼下在施工，很吵。同价位应该有更好的选择。
