出差订的房间，看起来挺新的，房间面积也可以的，设备齐全，同事领导都满意。

定的豪华双床房，空调制冷效果差，保安过来看了确实不行。前台说没房间换，沟通平台后协助换房，变成一个很小的类似loft的房间（马桶按钮是坏的）说也是豪华房，也是醉了。后来再换房，降级成高级标间，也说没房再换了。搞了一个小时左右，到夜里12点多才终于折腾完，真的很累很累。难道就没有一个让客人满意的快速解决方案吗？有点失望，我倒还好，一位兄弟经常定这家酒店，这次搞点有点不开心。
