服务员态度不好，明明在入住前两天前订的，订单已经确认的，大床房有窗。在办理入住时不仅没有给留房，还说我们订的是天窗的，不是有窗的。换有窗的，还要加钱。不明白是携程的问题，还是她的问题，为什么我们看到的订单和她看到的不一样？总之很困很累，还不给房，体验很不好，差评
