隔音太差，服务生素质都很差！酒店晚上乱七八糟的人来人往，还有乱七八糟的声音，运送的垃圾既然不从货梯走，与客厅同形！不过前台人员服务态度较好！

酒店离新街口步行7-10分钟，很方便，地理位置很好，不在主干道上，在一天小路上，比较安静，但是但是，我睡觉较轻，早上7点多有人在楼道里走，都能听见，隔音其实不理想，第二个要吐槽的地方是，房间面积太小，算了下大概就20平以内，真的不大，其他方面都比较ok，个人觉得性价比并不是很高

整体的环境是很好的，酒店地理位置不算很好找，在外面兜了一圈才找到。服务虽然热情，不过处理方面有待加强。到了酒店问前台没有房间，那提前预订了房间是干嘛的？！前台让等半小时，理解就等了，半小时再去问，还没房间，挺无语的。
