酒店是中浩一别墅项目的配套，外部环境不错，有网球高尔夫果岭等，高尔夫草地已多时未打理，长满杂草（草也很长）。住的临湖别墅，装修和软装都还不错，全实木家具（可能是当时的实景楼板房）。临湖别墅为三房（二间大床一间双房，一楼有厨房和棋牌空间）。酒店供应晚餐点菜（有点小贵），早餐很一般就稀饭包子水饺油条等，感觉住店客人很少，比较萧条的样子，饮食和服务自然也很一般。总之比较满意。

空调16度最大风开了一夜，小孩子却像汗蒸，大人也觉得热；近门左手边的门都霉坏了也没处理过。带个小孩换房间第二次了，容易吗？关键有个大妈级的女人硬要你把东西搬出来再等到两点后入住；应该吗？？？合理吗？？2015年5月18日上班的那个女人作死了，没有与酒店融合一起，感觉只为拿工资而已。招不到人了么
