前台那个美女戴绪玲态度特别好，我们是晚上11点半到的，对我们很有耐心，而且还送我们了小礼物，非常感谢，酒店卫生间还配备了马桶盖消毒液，细节很重要

多次入住了，一直非常满意。玄武湖边环境极好，安静舒适又离交通资源近，本身太阳宫加上旁边锁金村吃饭也方便。酒店设施和服务也是非常满意，做了升级，房间大，标准高

酒店位置很好，靠近玄武湖，出门就是地铁站，停车也很方便，酒店整体服务也很好，不像网上有些人评论的那样！前台服务热情周到，尤其是前台的那个男孩，印象很深刻，应该是客房经理，不仅给我们指路，还介绍很多南京好玩的地方给我们，退房时还送给我们矿泉水，说是给我们在路上喝，真的是服务到位，能为客人着想，下次来南京一定还住这家酒店！

价格不贵，环境好，房间可以看见远处山云雾缭绕，真心不错。交通方便，离地铁口进，边上就有很多饭店，有星巴克咖啡店哦

酒店设施老久，环境还可以。就是前台没有提醒停车要拿券，结果给了30块。其他服务还好，建议加强前台服务，并在前台标注注意事项！
