房间比较旧了，中央空调呼呼的响，一晚上没睡好，第二天喊了人去看看稍微好一点了，住了三天，不给换床单被套，第一次碰见这种，前台还特别拽，说没见过酒店天天给换的，床头是木头的，会磕在墙上响，床体也是咯吱咯吱响，前台说都是这样的。总之不会再住，呵呵。

地点位置不错，就在夫子庙站3号口，周边环境也不错，但是他家电话打不通，淋浴头坏了，洗一半就没有热水了，里面有洗衣机但是洗衣液也没有洗衣皂，网络也有点问题，连不上。

入住服务态度就不怎么好 最难过的是不断的持续的空调声音 关了空调也有循环往复的刺耳的电流声 真是很难过 是中央空调又不能拔电源 这真是难受 睡不好觉的体验真正是难过

1地理位置好，适合出行。就在夫子庙地铁站3号出口背后，门前有公交站。到夫子庙，瞻园步行即可，夜游秦淮很方便。2房间大，落地窗，采光空气都好。电冰箱微波炉洗衣机一应俱全，这些都完胜快捷酒店。只是床一般，不是很舒适。3卫生条件一般，这可能是公寓酒店的通病。 总结:瑕不掩瑜，性价比高，带老人来游南京的，各方面来说，挺满意。
