春节走亲戚去高淳，离亲戚家近，所以选了这家。酒店有停车场。床单有点賍，洗澡洗了一半断水了，大冬天冷死了，家人澡也没洗。
退房时押金少退了，离店前发现到前台结算了，没想离店后平台又扣了一次房费。希望店家加强管理，与平台对接工作到位。
