卫生情况极其恶劣，实际与图片不符，办理入住到房间门口贴满开锁小广告，进房后发现与图片不符及卫生差，要求酒店方退房。酒店方却以已办理入住为由拒绝退房。笑话，我没办理入住没房卡怎么看到这些，而且从我进房到要求退房时间还不足5分钟。最后只能自己另外订其他酒店。与图片不符我能接受，但满地污水渍，各种灰尘的酒店我实在住不下。
