本来之前订的不是这家，商家黑心改价格，明明有房间也确认了艺龙的订单，却不要脸的说没看到这份订单。艺龙客服临时帮我们找到这家，首先给了一间厕所没有门的，要求换了一间，毛巾上全是头发，幸亏自己带了，床单也不干净，隔音效果差，房间里没有信号，只限紧急呼叫。客服还不错的，只是设施太差了

不是水军，真心的，给差评。预订之前打了两次电话，告诉我说标间是无窗的，商务标间是有窗的。我就定了商务标间。到店我先问了前台今天的房价，前台说是分无窗和有窗两种价格，意思就是有窗的也有房间。然后我就说我网上定了有窗的，请她帮忙办理入住。瞬间前台就不承认了，说什么订单上标的部分无窗就是无窗，还说房间没有了，如果有有窗标间肯定给我们了。那个小姐姐的嘴脸我回忆起来就反感，还说不想住就退，反正房间卖得出去。这不是自己打自己脸吗？不就是想多赚钱吗？！你以为我想住啊，要是你提前就说实话不会给有窗房，我才不订呢。平时100块不到的烂宾馆，清明节涨到168，涨价可以理解，但能不能诚实点？！房间内被子发霉，无吹风机，无WIFI，特别旧。地理位置不咋地，在小巷子里，离公交站还可以，但离地铁口挺远的，周围没啥吃的。服务态度超级差，不知道有啥傲娇的。住了两个晚上，第一晚多问前台要了两双一次性拖鞋，抠抠唧唧的跟割他肉似的舍不得。我写评价于我无益，只是想提醒大家选择这家宾馆前想清楚。另外这只是标间的情况，别的房型没住过没有发言权。没有拍照上图是我考虑不周，但以上情况句句属实。
