缺点：房屋设施陈旧，墙皮和木门部分有脱落，床单潮湿，晚上总感觉有小虫子在身上爬，起身检查也没发现什么，设施还算干净，但是窗户像是多年未擦过，控制灯的开关只在床头的一侧有，晚上起来开灯极其吃力，酒店没有餐厅，也没法提供酒店的早餐。
优点：视野倒是不错，对面是紫峰大厦，远处能看到玄武湖，周边交通吃饭什么的都十分方便。

性价比超高的酒店，房间很大设施齐全，尤其是卫生间使用舒适。离鼓楼地铁站很近，出行方便。楼下就有一个云厨大食堂，有简餐、鸭血粉丝，附近有紫峰购物中心、荔枝广场等综合性商场，购物吃饭看电影都很方便。非常值得推荐！
