新开的硬件设施确实不错。但软件也就是服务态度很差，硬件够星级的酒店竟然连一根网线都没有。服务员明摆着说有网线插口但就是没有网线。标准间床比较小，被子盖着也不舒服，尤其是那个枕头，太高了，压都压不下去，而且两个枕头都湿那么高。脖子累了一晚上(实在不想打扰前台那些看上去像我欠她钱一样的服务员)。早晨退房开发票，前台又一副死脸色说酒店不能开，要找艺龙客服，打给艺龙，协调好又开出发票。

酒店设施很新，房间很干净，亮点是卫浴设备，智能马桶很棒！早餐不丰富但能吃饱，唯一不足就是酒店入住手续太慢，这点有待改进，总体酒店还是不错，房间价钱也蛮便宜，特别在国庆假期期间这是个性价比很高的酒店。
