优点:空调强劲，周边早点很多，饭店，超市，农贸市场，大型百货公司，地铁出口都很进。缺点:装潢陈旧，卫生洁具质量低劣，室内陈设杂乱，床垫质量差，较硬，被褥质量雷同小商品批发市场，性价比很低，酒店总体评价:相当于车站附近招待所水平，不推荐入住。另:艺龙网现在越来越不靠谱，提出批评。

酒店公寓位于市中心，交通便利，楼下有各种特色饮食，很方便。是这个季节来南京的一个性价比超高的选择。老板很热情，服务周到。

房间性价比不错，位置也好，对面金鹰新百，后面德基，逛起来方便。唯独停车收费太贵了，白天15分钟2块，夜间还好，一块一小时。一天不到付了快100大洋。
