有点:地理位置好，交通便利，旁边地铁公交车都很方;周围吃饭方便，各种小吃比较多;周围环境安静;卫生较好，床单毛巾干净，热水快，床软硬适中！缺点:设施配套比较简陋，空调声响大！总的来说对设施要求不高的话，还是不错的，主要是方便！
