酒店位置在市中心，对面就是德基广场，购物很方便。去游玩的话，总统府和江宁织造博物馆就是附近，大概一站公交的距离。离新街口地铁站也很近。酒店的确是比较老旧了，不过洗澡的水真的出水大，这一点还是很满意的。嘻嘻。

保险大厦属于南京的老子号酒店、地理位置十分优越、但由于建的太早、整个酒店的设施是比较旧的、房间住的感觉不是很舒服！

后门出去就是德基二期啊！超酷的！房间很好，稍微有点旧，不过这个价格非常物美价廉了。

预定好的标准间，入住前两天电话询问是否确定入住，口气就是预定的价格太低，不想”租了，希望取消预定；到店后一直没有房间，反复跑了两三趟等了半天，到了中午一点还是没有房间，一直让等，最后还要“请示领导”腾出一间，然后第二天又给换了一间，换的房间水平相当于经济型酒店的标准，根本就就不值，设施非常差，衣柜和门还是坏的。屋内有异味，卫生间的喷头是坏的。服务相当的差劲，弄得我对该酒店和携程网的诚信度也持怀疑态度。酒店位置位于市中心，交通方便。

酒店环境一般，没有太多特色，离总统府很近，走走能到，出门走一点也有公交直接到夫子庙，离地铁也近，就是位置好

周边是德基广场，逛街不错，出去全是商圈，但里面设施一般，房间也挺小的，不值这个价，不过毕竟住在新街口，交通方便。
