酒店位于老城区，本来看到同程评价不错临时决定去的，陪孩子在江宁区玩到十点才到酒店，居然没有停车位，被建议停到对面收费停车场，然后再步行过马路一条街走去酒店，进门大厅环境还行，员工态度也还行，房间不大，本来就很累了，洗澡居然热水供应不了，叫的师傅来修热水器，但弄好还需半小时后热水才能烧起来，临时决定换房间，就这样带孩子折腾了一晚上，是我有史以来住的五星级酒店最糟糕的一次了，当天价格499也不算便宜，下次绝不会住橘子水晶了……凭良心讲员工态度还不错，但最基础的硬件设施跟不上更糟糕
