我所在的地区今日台风大暴雨，阻碍了我的出行，在与艺龙客服沟通之后，艺龙的供应商要求我上传我所在地发生天灾的相片，我也发了，同时也附加了国家预警信息发布中心发布的橙色预警信息，后被告知我所提供的天气情况是不符合实际的，我很郁闷，国家预警信息发布中心发布的橙色预警还能有假？连微博都上热搜了，而且央视新闻也在报道此事。然后让我找酒店协调，酒店让我找旅行社协调，就这样来回折腾了近四个多小时，一直不给我改房，我没要求退房，我只是要求把我订的房间改成其他日期入住。因为天气原因，我们当地的部分小区、公园、道路、火车站等很多公共场合都被大水淹盖，很多车辆和行人都被滞留在路上，这样的天气请问我如何出行？而且还让我提供高铁、航班停运的信息，我是自驾出行！上哪为你们提供这些信息？不过最后艺龙也给我退款了，我还是很满意艺龙客服的处理结果。不过我很不满意这个供应商的做法！虽然我购买的是不可取消，但是遇到天灾人祸无法赶到酒店入住的情况下也不准我们取消或更改！是不是以后只要订了你的房间，不论天灾人祸我们都要冒着生命危险去住？供应商只想着挣钱却不顾及他人的生命安全！这样的供应商良心何在？

听名字高大上，进去一看设施老旧，空调不好，房间有味道，若是快捷酒店就不说了，可370元住这种房间名不副实啊！
