酒店服务不到家，半夜睡得好好的有人刷卡打开了你的房门你什么感觉？问了刷卡进门的人说前台给他们开的房间号居然和我的房间号是一样的，这也就算了，接着入睡没多久结果又有人开房间门，打电话到前台，前台解释说第一次开门的住客是他们开错房卡了，第二次开门的是服务员说是我们的房门没有关好帮我们关房门的，我难道关门还是先开门后关门的声音我都听不出来吗？今天早上急着赶火车下去退房居然说我已经退过房了，乱七八糟，如果可以一星都不想给，时间足够绝对要投诉，就这种服务不知道是怎么挂上南京三星标准的，评判标准是什么？发生了这种事情居然连句抱歉的话都没有！
