爸妈住的，还行，前台工作人员水平有限，服装随意，不热情，不会讲话，尤其瘦点的那个，见过最差的前台，公安系统故障刷不了身份证，问早上几点退房，8-9点可不可以，请问这个跟我几点退房有什么关系，按正常也12点，直接讲着退房时再补刷下身份证好了，废话一堆，一脸欠你500w一样。不会再住

離地鐵明故宮站只有幾百米，在博物院斜對面，離中山陵也不遠，交通方便，周圍還有早餐店、小吃店，水果店。房間挺干淨，頗雅致，暖氣好熱。

酒店设施一般，走廊过于昏暗。淋浴间没有放洗漱用品地方，洗澡中间还要出来拿肥皂超不方便，房间打扫不干净（只是清理垃圾和换浴巾而已），不适合商务人士长期居住。特别是最近一楼火锅店开张后，晚上酒店楼道里房间里都是火锅味，闻了很难接受，不知道酒店怎么想的！

酒店位置很好，对面就是博物馆，去明孝陵中山陵都很近。空间也挺宽敞的，某些细节做得不错，配了针线包，擦鞋布。房间还备多了一张被子。下次来还选住这里。

南京糖酒会定的套房，大失所望，酒店的墙纸都有些剥落了，地毯也很脏，房间倒是很大。
