第一，冷，房间里中央空调只能吹冷风，另外一个小壁挂空调功率太小，阳台的门窗到处漏风，坐在桌子前就感觉一阵热风一阵冷风，穿着羽绒服也手脚冰冷。空调不间断开一个晚上，房间温度也没超过 15度。
第二，淋浴间下水堵塞，开淋浴先放一会儿冷水，等出热水的时候，脚下已经存了没脚的冷水，下不去。
第三，网络抽风，好多网站莫名其妙上不了，涉及OA移动办公的一概用不了。
第四，早餐跟玩笑一样，去一个客人就给煮一碗面条，加点咸菜，别的没有。

1.前台服务相当差
2.房间很老，空调没用
3.存在安全隐患，没有保安，谁都可以进来，别墅类，随便进。
4.洗澡卫生间漏水
5.早餐差
6.插座两个，一个在电视机后面，一个在衣柜边上。充电很不方便！
