酒店环境很好，景色优美，床也舒服。就是……隔音不太好。旁边屋子里面拉窗帘的声音都能听到。其他的都很完美。

酒店硬件不错，只是是新开业的，很多设施都没有开放！周边配套的也没有开发起来！早餐很一般！后续有待改进和完善，和台湾的不能比！

酒店非常安静，服务也很好，床是超大的2米2的床，比较适合带孩子来，江景房180度观景，俯瞰整个江面，看着很舒服，非常不错的体验，下次再来南京还会选择涵碧楼。

真的很失望！
入住环节时间很长，明显服务不熟练。要求行李送上房间先去吃饭。在酒店中餐厅，除了领班，其他服务员很生涩，完全说不清菜品和内容。等到了房间，发现行李没有送全…
一个房间空调坏了，再来修，一个房间浴缸出水带水锈，一个房间一块区域的接线板没有电，服务员都说装修真是不怎么样。房间门口的钥匙感应和门铃板非常松。地板也很多细节角落很脏，如图。第一次见到阳台半边没有封的酒店。
自助餐还不错，但是正常五星，和三大酒店集团的高端度假还是很有差距，细节是自助餐基本是大肉和高糖饮料，没有苏打水，没有自取柠檬水，要冰水服务也很不标准。
泳池没有开，会所没有开，大堂吧点坚果，上来一盆子全部都是早餐泡麦片的生核桃生花生杏仁片，彻底醉了！！
非常非常多细节，完全不是一个奢华度假品牌的样子，空有外在的设计装潢，细节和服务极其不到位
