虽然在农大边上，但是并不方便，周围交通不便，吃的地方也少，南边会好一点。装修比较老旧，优点是楼层高还好些。

宾馆属于农业大学，一般也是接待院校人士为多，十一期间游玩南京落脚此处，即安静又安全，房间空间很大，但设施相对久远一些，胜在比较干净，住的算很舒服，停车的地方也很多，非常省心
