房间硬件蛮好的，能看出来当初刚建好的时候还是不错的，但是能感觉到维护得很不好，连前台都没有，洗漱用品、床品、浴巾用得比快捷酒店还差（会掉毛的牙刷还是头一次见），空调制冷不行，后半夜都是靠房间里电风扇度过的，外帘是电动的，内帘是手动的，还破破烂烂，不懂这个酒店怎么评上四星的...

房间总有一股臭味也不能调房，服务员拿了好几个清香盒放在屋子里，早上让打扫房间到了接近晚上也不给打扫，说服务员人手不够，打了携程投诉才过来打扫
