该酒店主要针对那些附近居民临时居住开房需求以及到附近办事人员的就近解决住宿问题，类似招待所，空调、单独卫生间、24小时热水等基本条件还是具备的，其它包括餐饮就没有了，但是附近很方便不难解决，公交车站很临近。
