我的房间在西南角落，有个阳台，然后日照几乎是全天候，白天空调打到最大才能几乎保持不热。要求是有冰箱，切实有，温度略高于家里的冰箱，可以接受。离金润发不远，很方便。早餐很棒，品种多，两天的内容还不一样。值60。
