酒店入住感很好，唯一要吐槽的是客服态度真的太差了，因为是去考研所以想要一个好点的环境，才选择了你们酒店，但是客服的态度真的……太差了，这根本不是客服，是大爷啊，我跟同学说起这件事，同学也说是这样的，但是有了问题还是会尽快解决的，大堂经理就非常好，给大堂经理打个call
