房间够大，设施也还可以，北面房间有点阴冷，中央空调秋季国庆期间只能供冷气没有暖气。位置在小巷子里，不是很好找。216价格稍贵，总体来说还可以。

性价比不错。环境卫生，安静，房间挺大，其他硬件设施也一应俱全。就是交通不算很方便，公交还好，离地铁远。
