九华饭店外表庄重，内部装修也比较豪华，但是缺乏四星级服务的热情主动，房间的上网装置虚设，两套房内都无法上网，而且没有网管服务员，房间内卫生设备基本满意，但是没有酒店服务介绍的专门资料，没有酒店服务设施的分布介绍，给人一种朦胧的感觉，因为其是南京军区的招待所之一，所以，最后的住宿发票都是手写的中国人民解放军军用发票。
