住宿环境差，倒也罢了，是一家老酒店。。但是管理更差。一晚住宿房间换了5次，我们也没说什么。第二天开发票有点小问题，有一个服务员尽然骂人，另一个说“早知道这样就不让你住了”。后来出来一个男的，态度更差，就差打人了。希望你们能为住客多想一点，为自己少想一点，服务行业要做就专业一点。不要玷污了这个行业名声。
