酒店外部环境很好，就在玄武湖旁边，在房里可以看到湖景。交通方便，靠近南京火车站，附近有机场大巴，距离地铁站也只有500米左右。酒店内部环境也不错，装修有质感，又低调，卫生整洁。设备也是不错的，5部电梯，还有一部是观景的，房间里应有尽有，配备齐全。br特别要说明的是酒店的服务服务特别好，入住这天恰好大雨，路上一滑，鞋坏了，我住的15层楼层主管看到后主动提供服务，首先帮我开了房门，拿酒店拖鞋给我穿，然后提出2套方案，一是问了我鞋子的码数，准备帮我拿一双员工的新鞋子；二是到酒店的工程部找胶水。最后因为没有合适码数的鞋子，他到工程部找来胶水和师傅帮我修好了，非常感谢，避免了第二天的尴尬。
