房间不大，刚好放下一张大床，估计加不了床。酒店位置非常好，就在新街口，附近饭店、超市很多。酒店服务很热情，人性化的服务弥补了其硬件与大酒店的差距！房间内的大屏幕看电视应该很舒服，可惜一直没有成功打开。

细节方面都很棒，免费下午茶，因为睡了懒觉就没去成。电影也都可以免费看，还有免费的矿泉水可以拿。前台服务态度特别好，很热情。感觉老板好像也是个很感性的人。电视上还有老板语录。很温情了。

第二次住了，地理位置很好，店员的服务态度也没话说。第一个房间空调正对床，怕孩子吹风，打电话到前台,很快就给更换了其他房间。

酒店给人感觉很温馨，前台接待很热情，房间是英伦风，很有小资情调。早餐虽然不算丰盛，但也能满足大众，关键是用餐环境很安静，大概是酒店营造的安谧氛围让住客们都安静下来了，下午茶有些寒酸，但无伤大雅！
