房间卫生根本不干净，床上是什么黄黄的还潮湿，让服务员换床单，一口一个不愿意，我们是交了钱的，不住我们别的客户你们就不换了吗，坑骗下一个受害者吗？最重要的是空调是坏的！大热天 空调坏，还说是主机有问题，有问题处理问题啊，大晚上服务人员搞空调弄了一个多小时，还没弄好。这就是所谓的专业人员，宾馆内很多设施都是坏的，耽误休息还强词夺理，希望选这家宾馆的慎重！

服务很差，到店了还需要加钱，说客房满了，交了钱也就算了，服务特别差！空调坏了还不能用！半夜又要换房，又说加钱！完全不顾及顾客的感受！房间卫生更是一塌糊涂！以后再也不住这家宾馆了！

1.酒店位置有些偏僻，不是很好找
2.房间很小最多15平米，没有宣传的25平那么大
3.屋子里面的设施（电视是坏的，蚊香也不能用，马桶是电动但坏了，只能水冲，淋浴喷头也是坏的）设施陈旧，其他的就不多说了。。。
4.房间属于一楼，地上都是水，小孩在地上滑倒3-4次
5.屋子非常潮湿 床和被子都非常潮湿。
6.屋子不隔音，非常吵闹

南京沐挺花园酒店服务人员态度好，服务员非常热情。房间收拾的干净整洁，酒店设施齐全很好，24小时热水随时都有很舒服，很暖心。酒店周边环境也很好，小吃很多，出门公交车站很方便，商场，影院都在附近。强力推荐！

还可以吧，这个价位住到这个不错了，就是房间没窗户，打开门之后味道太大了，建议商家没人住的时候开门通气
