优点，空间大，有窗户，早点不错，缺点，第一次睡梦中被火车鸣笛吵醒，而且不止一次，3-4次左右，我就纳闷了，北京，上海市区禁止鸣笛，为何南京就不禁止，鸣笛的声音之大超乎想象，不知道周围的小区居民是如何度过的，时间长了容易精神衰弱
