1.设施陈旧，低于十度的天气居然不提供暖风 ，室内也不提供抽纸 2.设施设计不合理，床头无插座，床头柜设计多处棱角，极易碰撞 3.管理混乱，双早的房间只提供单早，说是按登记的人员提供，可是孩子在前台时你们也没要求登记，有一名超过一米三的孩子需要付费，说是按成人收费，又提供不出相关制度，最后推说是新来的员工。 4.强烈不推荐，感觉就是能坑一个是一个

环境等尚可，毕竟三百多一晚，但最不满意的是，我订的是不含早餐的，所以叫了外卖，这个酒店居然不让外卖人员上来，我打电话给酒店前台确认是住客所订也不行，只能自己亲自下来取。我觉得酒店可以有自己的管理，但如果是这样管的话，应提前告诉住客这规则，说都不说就约束住户，让我很不满意!
