酒店位置非常好，就在夫子庙景区里，门口停车也方便。酒店古色古香很有特点，卫生及设施都不错，唯一欠缺是房间太小，数量也不多。

几年前就曾住过秦淮人家，这次住才知道，原来的秦淮人家已经不是以前的样子。重新开始的秦淮人家更时尚，也更有情怀。位置一如既往地好，窗外便是很美好的秦淮河。提点小建议：客房有晾衣服晾毛巾的地方会更完美的。

一直没有时间对这个酒店进行点评，我是十一期间入住的，我预定的房间类型是靠秦淮河边的，开始到达酒店后却告诉我不是靠河边的，给我的理由是，我在订单上没有注明，他们给我的是一间不靠秦淮河的大套房，我说房型不对，他们说你定的早，价钱高（1599元/晚），所以给我升级了，我说我就是为了在河边住一宿感受一下，他们说没有靠河边的了，我后来通过服务员了解到，靠河边的房间才1200多，对此我非常不满，我提前18天交了高额保证金，确没有住上满意的房间，这个酒店太不讲信誉了，见利忘义。
