服务极差，以前客人的东西 留给新客户用。早餐 还搞不清楚，要多收费。前台服务可以，其他没有一个服务观念。极差的酒店。不配和品牌酒店对等之。

酒店很老了。房间里的网络的电源没有了，要求修理等了老半天才弄好。
定的房间没早餐，要加额外加50块才有，不过早餐也没什么吃的。离狮子桥不远，有不少好吃的。
温德姆会员给送了2罐可乐和一块巧克力，要积分的也给记上了，不知道啥时候能到帐。

靠近鼓楼，交通比较便利。华美达怡华假日属于四星级宾馆，服务不错，但饭菜品种有待进一步增加和提高，特别是在特色菜方面。

酒店离湖南街不远，那里的小吃很多。推荐去试试回味的鸭血粉丝汤，还有一家叫南京大排档的也不错。
