除了位置很好就在新街口中心地带外，其它一般般；尤其前台男生的服务不敢恭维，给客人办理入住完全没有先来后到的概念；早餐跟酒店级别也是相去甚远；设施有点陈旧。

全景房景色不错，不过设施有点老旧，酒店大堂不在一楼，而是在一个写字楼的43层，不是很好找。早餐品种太少，质量也很一般。

非常差的一次入住体验。
空调不好用，没到达设定温度就停止运作了，房间很冷。
房间隔音差，房间空气更差，应该是空调还是什么换气系统的问题，一到晚上就有很浓很难闻的烟味。让服务员做下无烟处理，结果拿来一瓶空气清新剂来喷，真是毁三观的操作。槽点太多，已无力吐槽。以后再也不会入住！
