酒店有几栋楼，要定新楼，有19层那幢，住高层夏天比较清净，房间空调效果很好！打车到秦淮区夫子庙等景点都很方便，20几元走高架很快，离南京站也较近！交通其实也很便利！就是房间最好加一个抽纸巾！

没入住预订的房间，已经通过酒店调换了房型，在酒店已经支付了调换的另一个房间的房费，现在手机上通过艺龙也预付了房费。目前需要艺龙退预订款。不然我住一间房，付两次费。需要审核退款，请加快审核退款。当时问酒店，酒店前台说的可以审核退款，要我们走后几天才退，现在还没退款，说要艺龙退。请加速跟踪办理退款。
