酒店位置不错，一出南京站就是，但前台服务可以说是酒店中最差的，首先对客人不主动问候，板着一张脸，身份证递交给前台人员，竟然不接，这样的前台我也是第一次领教，然后查到信息说，你这是订的最便宜的房型，明天不可以续住，心里默默的问候了一下她的父母。退房的时候，有个人走过来让我给他们全五分，说可以免费办会员，我谢谢你，下次，白住也再不来了。酒店设施陈旧，房间面积还行。胜在地段吧。

老牌四星酒店，设施该有的都有，交通极其便利，就在火车站出口200米左右。br这次入住有两个问题需要改进，1是空调效果不好，制热吹出来的都是冷风。2是楼层服务员还需要培训，一大早7点多一点就在走廊里扎堆开会，大声讲话，还嘻嘻哈哈，严重影响客人睡眠！这与四星级酒店的形象严重不符，希望下次入住不会发生类似的事情

地段不错，出行还算方便，玄武湖就在眼前，但里面的设施太老旧了，特别是不笼头，使用很不方便。卫生也一般。
