度假区对游客的服务意识要进一步提高，举例如下；房间的电话是坏了，总台回答这是军线无法修复。游客希望能用度假区的电瓶车到山下的温泉门口，总台回答电瓶车是首長和休养员用的，散客不能用。温泉区的服务也差，破损的浴巾还在使用。水质也不太干净，有的池底滑泥泥的，説明池子的清洁工作不到位。服务人员不主动送水、不够热情。与颐尚的服务水准差异很多。

周三去的温泉，预订一晚的酒店住宿。酒店环境幽静、鸟语花香。也许是初春的缘故吧，比预想的要好很多。订的一间标间一间大床房，房间非常宽敞舒适，卫生干净。我们是周三晚上去泡的温泉，水很干净，人也很少，泡的很舒服。因为是订酒店入住的原因，酒店可以给2次泡温泉的机会，第二天上午9点一营业就又去了，哇！白天去比晚上更好，因为晚上比较黑周围的环境看不太清楚，白天就很清楚了。人还是很少，躺在温泉池里，头顶蓝天，周围花红草绿，树上小鸟啾啾，简直美上天了。他们的小鱼池非常好玩也很干净。还有很多好的这里就不一一描述了，有兴趣是朋友值得一去。下次再有朋友来我还会去的。
